Dick is not running laps or for President

Dick Cheney announced he will not run for President...this guy
can't even run around the corner...and besides this douche bag
will die of a heart attack before 2008 anyway.

He was quoted saying:
"With my busy oil trade deals with Sadaam's friends and
my busy schedule of having a weekly heart attack, I feel
I cannot be the president. Besides, the past 4 years has been
exhausting and I still have more time to go working for
the dumbest man alive".
