Why they let child molesters free in the first place..

I'll never understand. Statistically, 95% of them will be repeat offenders.
Also, as we learned in this case, you clearly cannot rely on these miniature satan's to advise neighbors of their residence and past history.

And this piece of shi*, was arrested 24 times in 30 years! I am sorry, but maybe after I don't know - your 20th arrest, even for a petty crime like shoplifting, you should be kept in jail for being not only evil (for being a child molester) but for being a complete moron to get arrested that many times.

Now, it took this poor child dying, for them to put this sack of shi* back in jail. When will officials and courts learn?

Also, if you want to murder and rape someone, why not just do the world a favor and commit suicide? I mean, you can't be avoiding suicide for religous reasons if you are murdering and child molesting. I wish guys like this would just say "oh hey, I am a waste of flesh and instead of hurting anyone, I am going to do the right thing and stop myself by ending my own life". I mean if you like hurting people so bad, you mine as well go for it.

I don't care if that is harsh - hurting a child and killing someone is quite harsh.

Additionally, the four people who failed to notify officials about where this creepshow was living, should get life in prison. They are just as bad as he is.
